Currently, we ship our products within the United States only.

3. How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping usually takes 7–12 business days. Express shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

5. How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to check your package's delivery status through the shipping carrier.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to appear or update.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on orders shipped within the United States.

Express Shipping is available for $9.99 where offered.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package or product so our support team can review the issue and assist you.

8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the information. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
